01

What information we collect

Personal information you disclose to us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you express interest in our products or Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. This may include:

  • names
  • email addresses
  • job titles
  • phone numbers

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive personal information.

Social media login data. If you choose to register with us using a social media account (Facebook, X, etc.), we will collect certain profile information from that provider. See How we handle your social logins below.

Information automatically collected. Some information — such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, country, and how and when you use our Services — is collected automatically. It is needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for internal analytics.

Facebook application data. By default we access your Facebook basic account information including name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, plus other information you choose to make public. You may grant or deny additional permissions individually. See the Facebook Permissions Reference for more.

02

How we process your information

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so, including:

  • Responding to inquiries and offering customer support.
  • Fulfilling and managing orders, payments, returns, and exchanges.
  • Sending marketing and promotional communications, in line with your preferences. You can opt out at any time.
  • Evaluating and improving our Services, products, marketing, and your experience.
  • Identifying usage trends to understand how our Services are used.
  • Determining the effectiveness of our marketing and promotional campaigns.
03

When and with whom we share your information

We may share information in specific situations and with specific third parties:

  • Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
04

AI-based products

We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). These tools are designed to enhance your experience. The terms in this Privacy Notice govern your use of the AI Products within our Services.

Functions. Our AI Products are designed for video generation.

How we process your data with AI. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties.

05

Social logins

Our Services offer the ability to register and log in using third-party social media accounts (Facebook, X, etc.). When you do, we receive certain profile information from your provider — typically name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, plus any other information you have made public. We use it only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your information by your third-party social media provider. Review their privacy notice to understand how they handle your information.

06

How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or — if that is not possible (for example, because it has been stored in backup archives) — securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

07

How we keep your information safe

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk.

08

Information from minors

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18, nor do we knowingly sell their personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and promptly delete the data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from a child under 18, please contact us at hello@idcreatives.io.

09

Your privacy rights

You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.

Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by contacting us using the details below. Withdrawal will not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal, nor processing conducted on lawful grounds other than consent.

Opting out of marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in our emails, replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to SMS, or contacting us. We may still send service-related messages necessary for the administration of your account.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, email us at hello@idcreatives.io.

10

Do-not-track

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference. No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to disclose how we respond to DNT signals: because no industry or legal standard for honoring them currently exists, we do not respond to them at this time.

11

US residents — specific privacy rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and details about the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of it, or delete it. We may also collect other personal information outside these categories through instances where you interact with us in person, online, or by phone or mail in the context of receiving help through our customer support channels, participation in customer surveys or contests, and the delivery of our Services or responses to your inquiries.

Will your information be shared with anyone else? We may disclose personal information to our service providers under written contract. We may use your information for our own business purposes, such as undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration; this is not considered "selling" of your information. We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve months, and we will not sell or share personal information in the future.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, opt out of targeted advertising or sale, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Additional state-specific rights may apply (Minnesota, Oregon, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, California, Florida).

How to exercise your rights. Email us at hello@idcreatives.io, or use the contact details below. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf with valid proof of authorization.

Verification. Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity using information already maintained by us; if we cannot, we may request additional information for verification purposes.

Appeals. If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing hello@idcreatives.io. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.

California "Shine the Light." California residents may, once a year and free of charge, request information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. To make such a request, contact us using the details below.
